Delhi City Football Academy idea was conceived in November 2019 and started small in June 2020, it was starting to discover and develop young football
talents in Delhi and make them better persons in the society who will go on to represent at different levels in different age competition and play for top clubs
in India.
The academy registration with the state association is still under process due to covid but the DELHI CITY FOOTBALL CLUB is already registered with the State
Association (Football Delhi).
Delhi has already produced some of the best talents and they all started from one local football or academy around their neighborhood. Delhi city football
academy was set up to recognize and deploy these talents with the right education and development.
DCFA has participated and won in Delhi youth league season 9 in the boys U19 age category and futcup women’s tournament. The women’s team was also
runner-up in the Futcup tournament. There are many more achievements by DCFA players and still developing exciting young talents with a dream to build a
top-class football facility in the nearest future where the players can combine high school education and football to enable them to reach their full potential.
